Parent engagement is crucial in helping us to get to know your child as well as us sharing your childs learning and progress.
Age-level learning
Our preschool has two age groups; so every child is offered the appropriate level of engagement whilst all still mixing together.
Starting at our School
Our pre-school accepts children between the ages of 2½ and starting school age. We run morning and afternoon sessions. Our morning sessions are from 9am - 12pm and our afternoon sessions from 12pm - 3pm (The afternoon sessions incorporate lunch into them and therefore children need to bring a packed lunch if staying for an afternoon session).
Grow their creative confidence
Each creative activity prompt is an opportunity for your child to embrace a new challenge. Through hands-on learning, your child is more likely to remain engaged and to build upon their creative problem-solving skills.
Dealing with Covid
All children gel their hands on arrival at preschool. Hands are washed before snack and then pre and post lunch. Children are encouraged to wash or gel their hands after blowing their nose.
Equipment is cleaned regularly and we have replaced as many soft furnishings as possible with things that can be wiped down and disinfected.
Staff are still testing twice weekly. Staff do not attend the setting if they or anyone in their household tests positive. This helps to ensure we minimise the risk of having to close preschool due to staff illness.
